7 Steps to iEQ9 Enneagram Team Training
1) Initiate Inquiry

2) Leadership Consultation
A key leader from your organization will schedule a no-obligation consultation with me — virtually or in person — to discuss iEQ9 Team Training, explore its benefits, and address any questions.
3) Customized Quotation
I will provide a detailed, tailored quotation covering all reports and coaching services based on your organization’s needs.
4) Contract Development
Once approved, I will prepare a customized contract outlining the training scope and expectations, reflecting the outcomes of our prior discussions.
5) Team Engagement Session
I will facilitate an interactive session (virtual or in person) to introduce the Enneagram to your team, foster enthusiasm, and answer questions.
Key points emphasized include:
a) Reports are confidential unless voluntarily shared.
b) The Enneagram is a tool for enhancing understanding and collaboration — not for weaponizing, excusing behaviour, or using in performance evaluations or hiring.
6) Assessment Distribution
I will distribute iEQ9 assessment links to team members using the Excel file your organization provides (containing names and email addresses), ensuring a smooth and organized process.
7) Individual Debriefs & Training Preparation
Within 48 hours of completing the assessment, each team member receives their personalized report and schedules a 30-minute one-on-one debrief with me within four weeks.
During these sessions, I review their report, clarify results, and address questions.
All debriefs are completed at least one week prior to the team training, allowing me — together with your leadership team — to finalize the training content and format.
